We used Travis realty to get into our home in August 2022 and we could not have asked for better. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. But Joel very patiently answered any and all questions we had and really worked to help us understand the process. It really made the whole process go so smoothly. We were ecstatic to finally be in our own home.

However, due to some very unfortunate circumstances, my husband was laid off from his job only 3 months after we closed on our home. After searching hard for 5 months for a new job in the area an offer came from across the country so we had to pick up and leave SC. We found ourselves listing our home back on the market after only 8 months. It was likely we were going to take a huge financial hit.
