My experience also extends well beyond helping clients buy and sell homes. I personally own 16 rental properties and have extensive hands-on experience buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

That perspective allows me to understand real estate not only as a home, but also as an investment. I know what it’s like to analyze a property, evaluate its potential, negotiate the purchase, and consider the long-term numbers because I’ve done it myself.

I believe in doing the homework, paying attention to the details, negotiating aggressively when it matters, and staying involved from the beginning of the transaction all the way through closing.

Mykah is a licensed Real estate agent and can often be found assisting Travis Realty clients throughout their real estate transaction. She enjoys helping clients behind the scenes, but now spends the majority of her time running her home staging business Travis Home Staging. 

Mykah professionally stages homes for many real estate professionals and sellers across the upstate including for agents and sellers associated with Travis Realty. 

I’m Shane Hayes with Travis Realty. My passion is serving clients in both the commercial and residential markets in South Carolina. My background is in manufacturing and Project Management. I’ve helped companies build brand new state-of-the-art facilities and renovate older industrial buildings to suit their needs. 

I grew up here in upstate South Carolina, graduated from Lander with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and then received a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. I have an amazing wife and 2 wonderful daughters. 

My real estate journey started 14 years ago when my wife and I bought our first fixer-upper. After a few of those and a personal commercial investment, it was time to get licensed. I love serving my clients & helping them with their dreams- I can’t wait to help you with your commercial or residential needs.
